- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Well, my insurance card states that I have a 20 dollar copay. These guys charged me 5 times that amount, in violation of the contract they have with my medical insurance provider, Anthem Blue Cross. Don't go here unless you want to get screwed. This post is regarding the husband wife team there, NOT Dr. Ebenhoech. My wife says that Dr. Ebenhoech is a good doctor who bills her appropriately.June 24, 2017by John L.
